AAA Pro Construction Inc provides professional construction services in New York City including but not limited to:

• Gutter installation and maintenance
• Concrete work and foundation services
• Waterproofing solutions
• General contracting and construction management
• Building restoration and renovation

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on:

1. Site conditions discovered during project execution
2. Changes in material costs
3. Client-requested modifications to the original scope
4. Unforeseen circumstances or complications

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms for construction projects are as follows:

• Deposit: 30% upon contract signing
• Progress Payment: 40% upon completion of major milestones
• Final Payment: 30% upon project completion and client approval

4.2 Late Payments

Payments not received within 15 days of the due date will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

While AAA Pro Construction Inc makes every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, construction timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

7. Permits and Regulations

AAA Pro Construction Inc is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for construction work as required by New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) and local regulations. Clients are responsible for any fees associated with permits.

8. Liability and Insurance

AAA Pro Construction Inc maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by New York State law. Certificate of insurance is available upon request.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

1. Providing clear access to the work area
2. Securing personal belongings and valuables
3. Making necessary arrangements for pets during work hours
4. Providing accurate information about property lines and utilities
5. Obtaining neighbor consent if work affects adjacent properties

10. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before project start date: Full deposit refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before project start date: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before project start date: No refund
• Projects cancelled after work has commenced are subject to payment for work completed plus any material costs incurred

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first attempt to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

AAA Pro Construction Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
